Account access

Create an account
- Click the header menu in the top right corner.
- Click register.
- Complete the required details, including email address, first name, last name, password, and password confirmation.
- Read and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy checkboxes.
- Click register.
Log in
- Click the header menu in the top right corner.
- Click login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click login.
Log out
- Click the header menu in the top right corner.
- Open the account or profile controls.
- Click logout.
- Confirm logout if prompted.
Reset password
- Click the header menu in the top right corner.
- Open login, then click the reset password option.
- Enter your account email address.
- Submit the reset request.
- Follow the password reset email instructions.
Appointments

Approve, deny, or cancel an appointment
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Schedule for the chosen listing.
- Select the appointment request or appointment entry.
- Choose approve, deny, or cancel.
- Confirm the action when the interface asks for confirmation.
Request an appointment
- Open the listing page.
- Open the schedule or service appointment control.
- Select the service, date, and time where required.
- Complete any requested notes or contact details.
- Submit the appointment request.
Review appointment requests
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Schedule for the chosen listing.
- Review the pending appointment requests.
- Open a request to see its details before choosing an available action.
View or cancel your appointments
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Appointments.
- Find the appointment you want to review.
- Use the cancel action if cancellation is available.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Comments

Add, edit, or delete your comment on a review
- Open the listing page reviews section.
- Open the comments for a review.
- Add a comment, or open your own comment actions.
- Edit the text or choose delete.
- Save or confirm the action.
Contact

Choose the right PEARL contact route
- Use Reports when the issue is about content, listings, reviews, comments, or suspicious behavior.
- Use Feedback when you want to express an opinion, rating, idea, or tutorial comment about PEARL App.
- Use Tickets when you need to report an issue, ask for support, request privacy/account help, or send another request that needs follow-up.
- You can also write to office@pearlapp.eu.
Cookies

Choose cookie settings
- Open the cookie banner or Cookies page.
- Choose accept all, reject optional, or customize.
- If customizing, select the optional categories you want to allow.
- Save the cookie settings.

Send feedback
- Open the header menu from the top right corner or use a tutorial feedback action.
- Open Feedback and choose add feedback.
- Select the topic and rating.
- Enter a subject and message.
- Send the feedback.
View your feedback
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Feedback.
- Review the feedback entries shown for your account.

- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Gallery for the chosen listing.
- Click the add photo action.
- Choose the image file and complete any required details.
- Save the gallery photo.
Preview, edit, or delete a gallery photo
- Open Gallery for the chosen listing.
- Select the gallery photo.
- Choose preview, edit, or delete.
- Update details or confirm deletion where required.
- Save the change.

Accept Terms and Privacy during registration
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Click register.
- Read the Terms and Privacy links if needed.
- Tick the Terms and Privacy acknowledgement checkboxes.
- Complete and submit registration.
Read public documents
- Scroll to the footer or use a public document link.
- Open About, FAQ, Guidelines, Terms, Privacy, or Cookies.
- Read the document shown in the current language.
- Use related document links if you need another public document.

- Open the listing page reviews section.
- Find the review.
- Click the like action to like it.
- Click the same action again to remove your like.

- Choose an image, adjust crop or position where shown.

Add or change listing profile photo

Add or edit bio
- Open Listing Settings for the listing.

Add or edit contact details

Add or edit description

- Click edit on the description field.

Add or edit schedule
- Open Listing Settings for the listing.
- Open the schedule editor.
- Set operating days and hours.
- Add break intervals or special days off if needed.
- Save the schedule.
Ask about a denied or blocked listing
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Tickets.
- Choose the content moderation topic.
- Include the listing name or listing code and explain what you need reviewed.
- Submit the ticket and wait for a support or moderation response.
Copy listing code
- Open Listing Settings for the listing.
- Open the listing details area.
- Review the listing code shown by the interface.
- Copy the value if a copy action is available.
Create listing
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Click List My Business.
- Choose listing type, domain, category, country, city, and listing name.
- Review the confirmation details.
- Create the listing.
Delete listing
- Open Listing Settings for the listing.
- Open the settings/status section.
- Click delete listing.
- Read the confirmation prompt.
- Confirm deletion.
Pause or reactivate listing
- Open Listing Settings for the listing.
- Open the settings/status section.
- Choose the pause, deactivate, or reactivate action that is available.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Share listing page
- Open the listing page.
- Click the share action.
- Choose copy or the available share method.
- Share the copied listing link where needed.
Turn listing features on or off
- Open Listing Settings for the listing.
- Open the features or options section.
- Find the functionality you want to change.
- Toggle it on or off.
- Wait for the setting to save.
Update listing information before review
- Open Listing Settings for the listing.
- Review the listing name, bio, description, contact details, schedule, photos, and services.
- Correct missing, outdated, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Save each updated section.
- Use Tickets if you need support to review a denied or blocked listing again.
View listing page
- Open a listing link or search result.
- Review the public listing sections.
- Use tabs or section controls to view services, posts, reviews, schedule, team, partnerships, contact, and trust details when they are shown.
Messages

Send, read, archive, or unarchive messages
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Chats.
- Select a chat to open Messages.
- Read the conversation or enter a new message.
- Use the available archive or unarchive controls if you want to organize the chat.
Start or open a chat
- Open the listing page or Chats window.
- Click the chat or message action.
- Log in or register if the platform asks for authentication.
- Open the conversation that is created or already available.
Notifications

Choose notification preferences
- Open Profile Settings.
- Open notification preferences.
- Choose the type of notification you want to change.
- Toggle the preference on or off.
- Allow browser notification permission if push notifications require it.
Open a notification
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Notifications.
- Select the notification.
- Click the link or action shown in the notification.
View notifications
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Notifications.
- Switch between all and unread if needed.
- Review the notification list.
Partnerships

- Search by listing code or open an existing partnership request.
- Choose invite, accept, deny, cancel, or view based on the available action.

- Click the Pearly help action.
- Read the guidance shown for that tool.
- Click feedback if you want to comment on the help tip.
- Complete and send the feedback form.

- Open PEARL App.
- Look at the top newsbar area.
- Read the active platform announcement in the current language.
Posts

Add, edit, archive, unarchive, or delete a post
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Posts for the chosen listing.
- Choose add post or open an existing post.
- Enter or update title, description, and image if the form shows those fields.
- Save, archive, unarchive, or delete using the available action.
View listing posts
- Open the listing page.
- Open the posts/news section.
- Review the active posts shown for the listing.
Profile

Add or change date of birth
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Profile Settings.
- Click edit on the birthdate field.
- Select or enter the date of birth.
- Save the birthdate.
Add or change gender
- Open Profile Settings.
- Click edit on the gender field.
- Select the gender value.
- Save the gender.
Add or change phone number
- Open Profile Settings.
- Click edit on the phone field.
- Select the country code and enter the phone number.
- Save the phone number.
Add or change profile photo
- Open Profile Settings.
- Open the profile photo action.
- Choose an image file.
- Adjust crop, zoom, or position where shown.
- Save the profile photo.
Change email address
- Open Profile Settings.
- Click edit on the email field.
- Enter the new email address and your current password.
- Save the change.
- Complete any email verification step sent to the new address.
Change name
- Open Profile Settings.
- Click edit on the name field.
- Enter first name and last name.
- Save the name.
Change notification preferences
- Open Profile Settings.
- Open notification preferences.
- Choose the type of notification.
- Toggle the preference on or off.
- Allow browser permission if enabling push notifications requires it.
Change password
- Open Profile Settings.
- Open the change password action.
- Enter the current password.
- Enter and confirm the new password.
- Save the new password.
Change preferred language
- Click the language control in the header or open Profile Settings.
- Choose the preferred language.
- Confirm the selection if prompted.
- Continue in the updated language when the page changes.
Change sharing preferences
- Open Profile Settings.
- Find sharing preferences.
- Toggle the fields you want to share or hide.
- Wait for the preference to save.
Delete account
- Open Profile Settings.
- Click delete account.
- Enter your password to reauthenticate.
- Review the final confirmation.
- Confirm account deletion.
Reports

Choose the right report reason
- Open the report action on the listing, review, or comment.
- Open the report reason selector.
- Choose the reason that best matches the issue, such as illegal or harmful content, harassment, misinformation, intellectual property, privacy, business integrity, health or safety, platform abuse, inappropriate content, or other.
- Read the examples shown for the selected reason.
- Continue only if the issue is about content, policy, or suspicious behavior rather than general support.
Report a listing, review, or comment
- Open the listing, review, or comment report action.
- Select the report reason.
- Enter the subject and details.
- Review the report information.
- Submit the report.
Write a useful report
- Choose the closest report reason.
- Enter a short subject that identifies the issue.
- Describe what happened, where it appears, and why it should be reviewed.
- Include only information that helps moderators understand the reported content or behavior.
- Submit the report after checking that the target and reason are correct.
Resources

Create a folder or file
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Resources for the chosen listing.
- Choose the add folder or add file action.
- Enter the required name or details.
- Save the resource.
Rename, move, recolor, edit, or delete a folder or file
- Open Resources for the chosen listing.
- Select the folder or file.
- Choose rename, move, color, edit, or delete.
- Complete the requested change.
- Save or confirm the action.
Reviews

Add, edit, or delete your review
- Open the listing page reviews section.
- Click the review action.
- Choose rating and complete the subject or review text where required.
- Submit the review.
- To edit or delete it later, open your review actions and save or confirm the change.
Search

Filter and open search results
- Open the Services page.
- Use filters such as domain, category, type, country, or city when they are shown.
- Review the updated result cards.
- Open the result you want to view.
Search listings or services
- Open Home or Services.
- Click the search field.
- Type the service, listing, or keyword you need.
- Submit the search.
- Review the Services results page.
Services

Add service
- Open the header menu from the top right corner.
- Open Services for the chosen listing.
- Click add service.
- Complete the service details, such as name, description, price, duration, location, tags, appointment settings, and optional photo.
- Save the service.
Copy service
- Open Services for the chosen listing.
- Open the menu for the service you want to copy.
- Click copy.
- Review and adjust the copied service details.
- Save it as a new service.
Delete service
- Open Services for the chosen listing.
- Open the menu for the service.
- Click delete.
- Read the confirmation prompt.
- Confirm deletion.
Edit service
- Open Services for the chosen listing.
- Open the menu for the service.
- Click edit.
- Update the service details.
- Save the service.
Reorder service
- Open Services for the chosen listing.
- Find the service in the list.
- Use the move up or move down controls if they are shown.
- Wait for the new order to save.
View services
- Open a listing page or the Services page.
- Open the services section or review service result cards.
- Select a service to view more details if the page offers them.
Supporters

- Choose the topic that best matches privacy, account access, profile, deletion, or support.
- Enter a clear subject and message.

- Select a topic and enter the subject and message.

- Find the Trust Level display and improvement suggestions.
- Add or improve listing details such as profile photo, cover photo, bio, description, schedule, contact details, gallery photos, services, posts, team, or partnerships where relevant.
- Save the updated listing information.
- Reopen the Trust Level display to review the updated points and suggestions.
View trust level and improvement suggestions
- Open the listing page or Listing Settings.
- Find the Trust Level display.
- Review the level, points, and improvement suggestions shown by the interface.
- Use the suggestions to decide which listing details to improve.
